Dear curent and future Residents and ANS Community Members,
We would like to extend a courteous heads-up regarding upcoming developments at our dormitory. Starting from May 6, 2024, we'll be initiating investment works aimed at enhancing our facilities. These endeavors are anticipated to continue until approximately September 30, 2024.
The scope of these investments will encompass several areas, including roof renovations, refreshing the building's facade, modernizing entrance points, and ensuring compliance with ammended fire safety regulations. Please be advised that there might be intermittent water shortages during the connection works, particularly around holidays.
To ensure minimal disruption, the most intensive activities will be scheduled during holiday periods. Additionally, as of May 6, 2024, the parking area adjacent to the kitchen will be temporarily closed for construction material storage.
We're sharing this information with consideration for any Erasmus+ students planning summer internships in our dormitory.
