One of the following issues might have occurred:

  1. We read and answer e-mails during office working hours (Mon – Fri form 7:30 – 15:30), usually we answer mails within 3 work days for receiving them.
  2. We didn’t receive your message. If you didn’t receive an answer from us within 3 work days after you sent your e-mail, please try contacting us again.
  3. You sent us an e-mail without any text, just with an attachment or a link to some document/server/web page. Due to security reasons we do not open such attachments, as they might be a virus/malware.

Every students in obliged to register in our database before arriving to Piła. Without registration the Acceptance Letter  shall not be provided.

Students not nominated by their Univeristies will not be accepted at ANS, and their online registrations shall be deleted.

We do not send back confirmations that “your registration has been successfully uploaded”!

Student coming to ANS in Piła for studies will receive their ID Cards after arrival do Piła. In order to receive the card a students must:

  1. Fill in the registration form correctly;
  2. Send a scan of document photo with following requirement:
  • in color;
  • good quality;
  • scanned by a scannning app on your smartphone or a scanner (not pictures!);
  • image from the bottom of the chin to the top of the head;
  • reflecting your current appearance;
  • taken in full-face view directly facing the camera;
  • with natural facial expression and both eyes open;
  • taken in a smart/smart-casual clothing (no hoodies or tank tops);

Pictures edited in graphic programs or sent in a PDF will not be accepted!

Cost of a Student ID Card: 22PLN

Student coming to ANS in Piła for internship do not obtain a student status, hence cannot apply for Student ID Cards.

We download the database of on-line registrations on Thursday mornings and issue invitation letters on Fridays, the process can be delayed by due to Holidays in Poland, please be aware that the issuing time shall not be change to a different day of the week.

Due to past fraud attempts by persons impersonating students / academic staff invitation letters are sent directly to the International Relations Office of your University.

You should prepare a draft of your Learning Agreement together with the Erasmus Coordinator at your home University and send it to Ms. Magda Drzastwa, MA. mdrzastwa [at] ans.pila.pl in a doc file so we can edit if needed.

You should fill in all the necessary fields including the data of the receiving institution. Should the data of the receiving institution belong to a different University than ANS in Piła, we will not analyze/correct/edit or sign the document, furthermore we will not inform you about this fact.

Upon receiving your Learning Agreement will verify it and consult with our ECTS coordinators. After their evaluation we shall and send the LA back to you (signed or with a request to make changes) as soon as possible.

Please be advised that due to a big number of incoming students the procedure might take up to 3 weeks.

Before arriving to Piła, a student is responsible for sending a scan of signed Learning Agreement Before the Mobility to :

According to the domestic policy of ANS in Piła, preferable number of total ECTS credits for incoming students is 25.

Due to the discipline of public finances, it is required that at least 3 participants have to registered for a course in order for it to be opened.

After arrival to Piła, students have 1 month for Changes in their Learning Agreement. Further changes in the Learning Agreement shall not be accepted.

Provided that you have brought us the complete grading sheet, we will prepare the documents within 4 weeks from your departure from Piła and send them directly to the International Relations Office at your University. By doing so we aim to avoid situation, when documents are being lost during transportation. Please note that we do not make any deviations from this rule.

In order to receive Certificate of Attendance, a student needs to have a complete set of documents in his folder:

  • a copy of passport
  • a copy of visa
  • a copy of insurance policy
  • LA Before the Mobility signed by all 3 sites.
  • LA During the Mobility (if any) signed by all 3 sites.
  • complete grading sheet

How can I apply for the Dormitory?

All Erasmus students are automatically assigned to our Dormitory. There is no online registration/application form. The only formality is the student list posted in Facebook group. Students are obliged to write down their arrival dates before the mobility starts.

Please note:

Students’ Facebook groups are created just before the new semester starts.

A student is assigned for a room by the Dormitory Manager. Further changes are not accepted.

Erasmus students are assigned to 2 or 3 person rooms, depending on a number of students in the Dormitory.

Any changes shall not be accepted by the Dormitory Manager.

Prices for full time students

  • accommodation in a 2 person room - 350 PLN per month,
  • accommodation in a 3 person room  - 330 PLN per month.

Students can rent a flat from estate agency as well as from a private person. Prices vary between 600zł (aprox. 150 EUR) and 1200zł (aprox. 300 EUR) – depending on the standard and size. Announcement on apartment rental are very often on bulletin boards in the campus.

Please note:

The University does not search for or mediate between the students and the providers of private accommodation.

ANS's Dormitory does not provide cleaning service for students. Students are obliged to clean their own rooms and bathrooms in the room cubicles. Students are also obliged to keep order in the shared kitchen.

Yes, but the Dormitory Manager should be informed about that matter before the guest arrives.

Students from whole European Union owning a valid student ID card, coming for short visits, will pay 40zł per night.

Student Mobility for Studies means first and foremost that you came to Piła in order to study. You can have a one week break only if all your teachers have approved of it and informed the International Relations Department. If you choose to do otherwise you have to accept the consequences (f.e. failing your classes).

We strongly recommend not to make any travel plans before you have your study schedules.

Before returning home you should pass all your classes. We strongly advise you to stay in Piła till the end of the exam session and your Erasmus Contract, because:

  1. we will give you a Certificate of Attendance confirming the exact date of your arrival in Piła and the day you have left;
  2. teachers can plan exams in the last days of the exam session and they are not in any way obliged to consider your travel plans.
