We kindly ask all incoming Erasmus Students to submit their application in one of the attached registration forms.
You need to create a profile in the Application Portal in order to submit your application for exchange.
Please note: You are responsible for keeping yourself updated on the status of your application by often logging into the Application Portal and by reading and responding to any new messages.
In the past we have encountered problems with students unable to participate in classes / or in their training in English. As a result ANS in Piła is adding the following restriction for incoming Erasmus students:
Shortly after their arrival in Piła, PL PILA02 shall make a language proficiency exams in English with incoming Erasmus Students. Students who will have language proficiency lower than B1 either in speaking or understanding shall be immediately sent back home and their learning agreement will be terminated. ANS in Piła will not take formal or financial responsibility for the costs of travel and / or stay of students who came to Piła with disregard to the aforementioned language proficiency restrictions also agreed upon in the agreement between our institution and the sending organization.
Studets interested in internship at ANS in Piła must apply for the mobility through the IRK system. Please note that in order to be accepted student:

We have prepared for you a short description of the registration process. Please follow all the steps that are included in the file.
After your arrival to Piła the Erasmus Team will create your personal Student ID number that you will use to log into your student accounts - USOS and Office 365.
USOS is a student database where you can see your final grades and from which you will receive your final documents.
Office 365 is a multiapp platform that containf a.o. Outlook and MS Teams which you will use in order to contact the teachers. All the teachers will be able to find you after your personal ID number and email that goes with that ID. The teachers will only contact you via this platform.
Each Student is obliged to log into those paltforms as most of the courses will be organized through it.
Please note that the financial agreement for students coming within KA107 can only be signed after student's arrival to Piła, and the Erasmus grant will be paid after that time. ANS in Piła will not send the financial agreement via post or e-mail to the students prior his/her arrival. The rule will not be changed under any circumstances.
Coming to ANS in Piła within Erasmus+ Program, each student accepts all the rules imposed by the hosting University and accepts to respect them.
According to art. 13 paragraph 1 and 2 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) we would like to inform you as follows:

3. Your personal data will be processed in order to apply for participation, participation, implementation and settlement of participation in the LLP Erasmus / Erasmus+ Programme.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is:
DECISION No 1720/2006/EC OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 15 November 2006 establishing an action programme in the field of lifelong learning
REGULATION (EU) No 1288/2013 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 11 December 2013 establishing 'Erasmus+': the Union programme for education, training, youth and sport and repealing Decisions No 1719/2006/EC, No 1720/2006/EC and No 1298/2008/EC (Text with EEA relevance) together with the detailed requirements for the implementation of the project for a given academic year.
4. Your personal data will be shared with other recipients, including international entities and recipients from third countries only in order to fulfill the obligations arising from the project and statutory obligations. These recipients will be the European Commission, the Foundation for the Development of the Education System - National Erasmus Agency, Ministry of Science and Higher Education, Ministry of Infrastructure and Development, foreign sending university, Embassies appropriate for the purpose of mobility, Border Guard, other statutory entities and external auditors indicated by the European Commission and FRSE to monitor the implementation status of the financial agreement in the LLP Erasmus / Erasmus+ Programme.
5. In accordance with the archive category B10 defined on the basis of the Act of 14 July 1983 on the National Archival Resources and Archives (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 217), your personal data will be kept for a period of 10 years from the date of completion of the Erasmus LLP / Erasmus + Programme, and then shall be removed from the University's resources.

7. Providing personal data is a requirement of projects implemented in the LLP Erasmus / Erasmus + Programme and is necessary in order to apply for participation in the Programme. In the case of failure to submit the necessary data, applying for participation in the Programme is impossible.
