Pomoc dla Turcji i Syrii

Drodzy studenci, wykładowcy, pracownicy naszej Uczelni,
w związku z dramatycznymi wydarzeniami, jakie miały miejsce w Turcji oraz Syrii, w wyniku trzęsienie ziemi, przekazałem na ręce współpracujących z nami uczelni, wyrazy współczucia od całej społeczności akademickiej naszej Uczelni.

Sytuacja w miejscach epicentrum trzęsień, jest katastrofalna. Tysiące osób straciło nie tylko swoich bliskich, ale także dorobek całego życia. Dlatego pragnę prosić o wsparcie na rzecz społeczności tureckiej i syryjskiej.
Wiem, że niejednokrotnie, jako Uczelnia, pokazywaliśmy swoje wielkie serce, otwarte na niesienie pomocy. Niech będzie tak i tym razem.

Wsparcie przekazać można poprzez poniższą instytucję, do czego serdecznie wszystkich zachęcam.

Fragment listu skierowanego przez Rektora dra hab. Donata Mierzejewskiego, prof. ANS, do Rektorów Uczelni tureckich, z którymi łączy nas współpraca międzynarodowa:

"I would like to express sincere condolences for the enormous tragedy suffered by our Erasmus students, friends and colleagues, the academic society of our partner instructions and their families as a result of the catastrophic earthquake in Türkiye and Syria.

The entire community of the Stanisław Staszic State University of Applied Sciences in Piła, joins you in this great pain that has affected thousands of people. I would like to assure, on behalf of myself, the Senate, the University Council and the student community, that our thoughts and hearts are with you - with our Erasmus students, friends, colleagues and partner universities.

What happened to the Turkish community is an unimaginable tragedy for all those who have lost their loved ones as well as their entire life's possessions in this catastrophe. However, I believe that the strength of the Turkish nation and the great will to fight for a better tomorrow will help to soothe this great pain and start rebuilding the damaged areas anew. During this reconstruction we stand in solidarity with you, and the community of our entire University supports charity campaigns that help Turkey in such dramatic times. We are an academic family that supports and cares for each other, also in difficult times.

Sending condolences from Poland and joining you in pain, I wish you great strength and perseverance in returning to safe normality.
